Lash Room Booking Policy

1. For all new clients wanting to have their lashes enhanced by one of our expert Lash Room technicians, please be advised that a 50% deposit payable by credit card is required at the time of making your booking. This deposit is then deducted from the total cost of your service fee on the day of your appointment.

2. Although we understand that sometimes plans change, Lash Room believes that all ladies have the right to long, luscious lashes and in order to ensure that all of our appointment times are fully utilized, we ask that any adjustments to your appointment times are made by telephone with at least 24 hours notice. Changes outside of business hours can be done so by leaving a voicemail message.

3. Clients wishing to change or cancel appointments with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit their deposit.

4. Full payment will be charged for no-shows or missed appointments.

5. If you arrive late to Lash Room, we will unfortunately need to shorten your booked appointment time and charge you your booked service fee.

• Child-free zone

To maintain the salon experience, relaxation and safety of our clients, we kindly ask that you respect our ‘no children’ policy and do not bring children with you when you visit our salon.

• Mascara

We are unable to offer infill services to any clients who wear mascara over their lash extensions so please ensure you have removed any mascara before your appointment.

• No mobiles

Please respect our clients rights to privacy and serenity. Mobile phones are not permitted in the salon and must be kept silent or turned off.
